R - is for the rapture unfolded that night

I - is for immortal - our Savior, our light

S - is for the star that over Bethlehem shone

T - is for the tidings to mortals made known

M - is for Mary and sweet mother love

A - s for angels rejoicing above

S - is for shepherds who sought for the child, worshipping in wonder the infant so mild
